Frequently asked questions

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

How long will my order take?

Processing takes 1–3 business days and delivery a further 6–12 business days — typically 7–15 business days in total. See our Shipping page.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. Every order ships with tracking and you receive the link by email at dispatch.

How do I choose a size?

Each product page lists the sizes we stock and the garment measurements for that item. These are measurements of the garment, not the body, so measure something you already own and compare.

Can I return something?

Yes — within 30 days of receipt, unworn and in original condition. Start by emailing support@jamessarahboston.com; we will confirm the return and send you the instructions. Return shipping on change-of-mind and fit returns is paid by the customer. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are handled at our cost. See Returns.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through trusted payment providers and card details never reach us.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at the moment.
