Free shipping on every order. No minimum, no thresholds.

How long it takes

Processing: 1-3 business days. Delivery after dispatch: 6-12 business days. Typical total: 7-15 business days from order to doorstep. Processing and delivery are separate stages: the delivery window begins when your parcel is dispatched, not when you place the order. These are estimates, not guarantees.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Tracking

Tracking is provided on every order. It can take a few days to show its first scan after dispatch; that is normal and does not mean the parcel is delayed.

Delays

Customs, weather and peak periods can extend the window. If your order is outside it, email support@jamessarahboston.com and we will investigate it with our fulfilment partner.
